How to Unlock the Priorities First Quest

1. Teleport to Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau (Southwest waypoint).

2. Enter the Fatui facility where a barrier blocks your path.

   • Stand on the boxes to the right and attract the ID card.

   • Slowly pass it through the barrier modules to deactivate it.

3. Move deeper into the facility and navigate the moving barriers by hiding in side gaps.
