How to Start The Stress of Changing Careers Quest

1. Teleport to the Northern Training Grounds waypoint.

2. Head straight until you see an NPC with a quest marker — this is Vaino.

3. Talk to him to begin the quest.

First Challenge: Destroy Flying Targets

3. Return the items to Sisko.

1. Head into the cave at The Hollowhands’ trading spot.

2. Place the Old Portable Bearings at the designated area.

3. Follow the Sniffer Mole to locate three missing Training Ground Targets:

• The first one is close to the entrance.
• The other two require giving energy cores to a mole and clearing rubble.

Once all targets are collected, bring them back to Vaino.

Final Challenge: Flying Target Gauntlet
