From the white flower room, move left toward the area where you learn Cling Grip. In the next chamber, climb the right wall and glide over to the steep left wall. You’ll find a purple flower tucked inside a small cave—this gives you the fifth heart.

The final Pollip Heart is the toughest. Continue through the Sister Splinter boss arena, climbing through pillars with Cling Grip and clearing enemies. Once you reach the top, drop down into a blocked room where a Pollip Hive awaits. Defeat it to open a new path, then collect the sixth and final Pollip Heart.
