Infosys Q2 Results 2025: Earnings Date, Dividend Plans, and Conference Call Details

Infosys Ltd. is all set to announce its financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, later this week. The company confirmed the schedule for its earnings release in a stock exchange filing.

Infosys Q2 Results: Date and Interim Dividend

Infosys has announced that its board of directors will meet on October 15 and 16 to review and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025.

During this meeting, the board will also consider declaring an interim dividend, if applicable. The financial results are expected to be approved and announced on October 16.

Infosys Q2 Results: Trading Window Closure

In compliance with SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations (2015), Infosys has closed its trading window from September 16, ahead of the quarterly results. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the official announcement of the financial results.

Infosys Q2 Results: Earnings Call Schedule

Infosys’ leadership team will host a press conference at 4:15 p.m. on October 16, followed by a 60-minute conference call at 5:30 p.m.

The conference will be webcast live on the Investor Relations section of the Infosys website. An archived version will be available after 7:30 p.m., along with the official transcript of the call.

Infosys Q1 Results Recap

In the previous quarter (Q1), Infosys reported a 3.3% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase in revenue to ₹42,279 crore, compared to ₹40,925 crore in the previous quarter.

However, EBIT fell 3.3% to ₹6,921 crore from ₹7,033 crore, and the EBIT margin slipped 20 basis points to 20.8% from 21% QoQ.
Net profit also declined 2% QoQ to ₹6,921 crore from ₹7,033 crore.

Infosys Share Price Performance

As of 2:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Infosys shares were trading 0.24% higher at ₹1,496.80 apiece on the NSE.

In the past five trading sessions, the stock has gained 0.60%, though it is down 1% in the last month. Over the past six months, Infosys shares have risen 4.96%, but year-to-date, they are down 20.49%, and over the past year, the stock has fallen 23.59%.

Infosys shares hit their 52-week high of ₹2,006.45 on December 13, 2024, and a 52-week low of ₹1,307 on April 7, according to NSE data.
