Fortnite is wrapping up its Halloween 2025 event with one final, spine-chilling crossover — and it’s a big one.
Epic Games has teamed up with the legendary Alien franchise to bring the Xenomorph back to the island, just in time to close out this year’s Fortnitemares event. This annual Halloween celebration has already been one of Fortnite’s biggest yet, with over 20 new skins dropping during the festivities, including iconic horror names from Scooby-Doo, Friday the 13th, and Scream.
Now, the Xenomorph is here to make sure the event ends with a scream — literally.
Alien: Earth Xenomorph Joins Fortnite
Epic Games officially revealed that a new version of the Alien Xenomorph is hitting the Fortnite Item Shop to celebrate Halloween. This version is inspired by FX’s upcoming series, Alien: Earth, giving the creature a modern, TV-inspired twist.
Players can grab the Alien: Earth Xenomorph skin as part of a special bundle that includes:
- Xenotail Slasher Pickaxe
- Facehugger Sample Back Bling
- Llamamorphs Emote
The full bundle is priced at 2,000 V-Bucks and will remain available in the Item Shop until November 6 — so fans have a limited time to snag it.
Fortnite’s Long History with Horror Crossovers
Fortnite and horror go way back. Over the years, Epic Games has made Fortnitemares a Halloween staple, blending spooky vibes with pop culture crossovers.
Last year’s event featured everyone from Leatherface (Texas Chainsaw Massacre) to Sally (The Nightmare Before Christmas). The map also usually gets a creepy makeover with new Points of Interest, seasonal challenges, and event-specific rewards to keep players hooked.
This Alien crossover isn’t the first time Fortnite has joined forces with the franchise, either. Back in Chapter 2 (2021), the game introduced Ellen Ripley and the original Xenomorph, along with themed cosmetics and a special loading screen.
More Fortnite Crossovers Coming Soon
Fortnite is closing out Chapter 6 with a bang, but there’s plenty more on the horizon. Epic Games has already teased a mini-season crossover with The Simpsons arriving in early November, featuring new skins and a map refresh inspired by the animated classic.
On top of that, Fortnite will soon roll out Sidekicks — a long-awaited cosmetic feature that lets players bring along animal companions during matches.
Between spooky crossovers, cartoon collabs, and new gameplay additions, Fortnite isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
