Mob Rules Quest Objectives

• Take the cash, reach the meetup spot, and signal The Boss’s contact
• Place the cashola, kill Rippers, digistruct the package
• Reach The Boss’s hideout, kill Manglers, and open the hideout
• Place the package, activate the cracking device, collect cracked tech, and return to The Boss

Step 1: Take the Cash, Reach the Meetup Spot, and Signal the Contact

After completing Mob Mentality, pick up Mob Rules from The Boss. You’ll be sent to deliver a briefcase of cash to his contact.

The fastest route is to head through Bolten’s Bore toward the Sainted Cup. Expect waves of Rippers to ambush you along the way. Clear them out until you reach the top of the area, where you’ll face a small puzzle.

Bell Puzzle Solution (BL4)

At the three shrines, shoot the correct bells in this order:

• Center Shrine: Blue Bell (Left Bell)
• Left Shrine: Yellow Bell (Center Bell)
• Right Shrine: Purple Bell (Right Bell)

Step 2: Place Cashola, Kill Rippers, Digistruct the Package

Once the bells are done, place the cashola at the Center Shrine. As expected, the deal goes sideways—the Rippers aren’t happy about past encounters.

Defeat the waves of enemies, including at least one Badass Psycho, then use ECHO-4 to Digistruct the package.

Step 3: Reach The Boss’s Hideout, Kill Manglers, Open the Hideout

The trickiest part of Mob Rules is reaching The Boss’s hideout.

Travel back toward Bolten’s Bore and look for a gap marked by purple crystals. Use a vehicle to boost across and glide/jump until you can latch onto a Grapple Point.

Once inside, the hideout is swarming with Manglers. Clear them out—there’s one Badass Mangler among them—then open the doorway to proceed.

Step 4: Place the Package, Activate Device, Collect Tech, and Return

This final stage is straightforward. Place the package on the device, activate it, and collect the cracked tech once the process finishes. Return to The Boss to complete the quest.
