Marvel Unveils First Teaser Trailer and Poster for Thunderbolts – Coming May 2025

Marvel Studios has officially dropped the first teaser trailer and poster for their highly anticipated new film, Thunderbolts, bringing together a team of unlikely antiheroes from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

Florence Pugh returns as Yelena Belova, the brooding assassin introduced in Black Widow. This time, she teams up with an eclectic group of misfits. Familiar faces joining her include Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes (The Winter Soldier), David Harbour as Red Guardian, Wyatt Russell as John Walker (U.S. Agent), Olga Kurylenko as Taskmaster, Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. New cast members Lewis Pullman and Geraldine Viswanathan also join the ensemble.

Alongside the teaser trailer, Marvel also revealed the film’s first official poster, building more excitement for Thunderbolts.

The movie is directed by Jake Schreier and produced by Kevin Feige, with Louis D’Esposito, Brian Chapek, Jason Tamez, and Scarlett Johansson serving as executive producers.

Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts is set to hit U.S. theaters on May 2, 2025.
