A short while ago, Netflix released the first-look teaser of its upcoming original film Ikka. The teaser is about 1 minute and 2 seconds long and gives a glimpse of the intense drama that will happen in court.
The teaser starts with Sunny Deol playing a top lawyer named Sikandar Mehra. He is seen preparing to face his opponent in a crowded courtroom. This is special because Sunny is returning as a lawyer after 33 years. The last time he played a lawyer was in his 1993 award-winning movie Damini.
Akshaye Khanna as the Villain
In Ikka, Akshaye Khanna plays an accused person who stands against Sunny Deol’s character. He appears in a strong negative role.
The official release date of the film has not been announced yet.
The movie is directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra. It also stars Dia Mirza and Tillotama Shome in important roles.
