The Borderlands 4 Crystal Brawl mission takes place right after Shadow of the Mountain, deep in the Terminus Range. This quest brings back the Siren Amara, who lends her incredible powers to help you break through the moonfall site. Unlike some other quests, there’s no big final boss — instead, you’ll face a swarm of endless enemies while completing objectives.

1. Talk to Defiant Calder, find Wildcat, follow Amara
2. Meet Amara near the moonfall site and breach it with her help
3. Fight through Order guards at the moonfall site
4. Reach the dig site with Amara
5. Destroy the power generator and defeat guards (optional: destroy Eridium mining drones)
6. Proceed to the next dig site, defeat guards (optional: more mining drones)
7. Return to the Central Chamber and destroy the Refinery Processor
8. Expose and destroy the secondary and tertiary processors
9. Destroy the Refinery Core and escape the dig site

Mining Drone Locations in BL4 Crystal Brawl

For the optional objective, you’ll need to destroy seven Eridium mining drones. They appear as glowing orange spider bots. Here’s where to find them:

• First three: In the initial dig site area — one on the rocks, one to the right, and one to the left.
• Fourth: Near the door Amara smashes down.
• Fifth: Immediately left after entering the next room.
• Sixth: On the left side after climbing the first stairs.
• Seventh: To your right after climbing higher platforms.
