For completing this secret quest you need to go to the Lockie's Lighthouse which was located on the map. You can get clear idea about that in the image given below.

Once you entered there you need to find the three gnomes lined up before the gnome who holding a poster on his hand. For getting free xp you need to strike the sitting gnome with yours pickaxe. Once you did you will get a notification on yours left top corner of the screen like shown in the image.

The Lair Free XP Secret Quest 

This is the second secret quest to earn free xp in Fortnite game. This will be find in the location Ghost House located in east of Weeping Woods you can clearly find in the map given below.

For completing this quest you have to entered into the basement of the Ghost House, there you will find a vent to complete this quest you need to go to that small room there you can find a gnome with Slurp posters plastered on the wall. Once done this you will get a notification of earing 20,000 xp.

Trap Locations Free XP Secret Quest

The third secret quest to earn 25,000 xp on Fortnite battle game. In this there are 5 traps which are placed on 5 different locations. You have to find those and disarm the traps. For each trap disarming you will get 500 xp and finally once you complete this trap location you will rewarded with 25,000 xp. Check the exact locations of these 5 traps in below.
