Story Overview
The film revolves around Gautham, a young man who falls in love with Nithya during a trip to Kerala. As their bond grows stronger, the couple decides to get married. However, Nithya’s father, Ramalingaiah, strongly opposes the relationship, doubting the sincerity of their love.
After much insistence from Nithya, Ramalingaiah agrees to the marriage—but only on one condition: it must be a court marriage. Though hesitant at first, Gautham eventually gives in.
Things take a dramatic turn when Gautham confesses to his father, Karthik, that he had already entered into a court marriage during his college days with his former girlfriend Dia—and that the marriage is still legally valid.
At the marriage registrar’s office, registrar Satyamurthy recognizes Gautham and threatens to disrupt the wedding unless a valid divorce certificate is produced. This forces Gautham to search for Dia, only to discover that she is now married to someone else.
What follows is a series of complications, misunderstandings, and emotional twists as Gautham struggles to sort out his past, save his present, and find a way forward.
