Orphie and Magus have officially
joined Zenless Zone Zero’s roster as a unique dual entity. Orphie, the
primary S-Rank agent, specializes in the Attack fighting style
and excels as a sub-DPS, providing strong off-field attacks, buffs, and
Aftershock triggers.
While her base kit is already powerful, her Mindscape Cinema enhances her combat potential with additional buffs and effects. This guide breaks down Orphie’s Mindscape Cinema abilities and discusses whether they are worth pulling for.
What
is Mindscape Cinema in Zenless Zone Zero?
Mindscape Cinemas unlock special
passive abilities for agents when you summon their duplicates. Each level
provides stronger buffs and upgraded skills, making the agent even more
effective in battle.
For Orphie, her Mindscape Cinema significantly improves her ability to shred enemy resistance, increase damage output, and sustain her resource generation.
Zenless
Zone Zero Orphie Mindscape Cinema Effects
Here’s a breakdown of all Orphie’s
Mindscape Cinema passives:
- M1:
Orphie’s Corrosive Flash, Crimson Vortex, Heat Charge, and Fiery Eruption
attacks ignore 15% of the target’s Fire RES. Allies with the Zeroed
In effect deal 20% more DMG.
- M2:
Triggering Aftershock restores 65 Decibels (cooldown: 4 seconds).
After using her Ultimate, Orphie gains a 20% ATK boost for 45 seconds.
- M3:
Increases Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack
by +2 levels.
- M4:
Increases Zeroed In duration to 16 seconds. Heat Charge EX
Special Attack and Ultimate DMG gain a 40% boost.
- M5: Adds
+2 levels to all primary attacks again.
- M6: Grants a new EX Special Attack follow-up with Crimson Vortex and restores 10 bottles of heat. Additionally, her Heat Charge laser and Ultimate deal extra Fire DMG (250% ATK) every 0.5 seconds, scaling as EX Special Attack and Aftershock DMG.
Should
You Pull for Orphie’s Mindscape Cinema in Zenless Zone Zero?
For most players, pulling for
Orphie’s Mindscape Cinema is not necessary. Her base kit is already strong
enough to thrive as a sub-DPS, providing reliable off-field damage and
strong Ultimate nukes.
However, if you have enough Polychrome
saved up:
- M1 is
highly valuable since it allows Orphie to ignore enemy Fire RES
while boosting team damage with Zeroed In.
- M2 is
also a strong upgrade, offering Decibel restoration and a
long-lasting ATK buff.
Beyond these, the later Mindscape levels (M3–M6) are more luxury upgrades for dedicated players or whales.
Orphie in Zenless Zone Zero
is already a powerhouse sub-DPS without needing her Mindscape Cinema. Unlocking
her first or second Mindscape Cinema can significantly enhance her
utility and damage, but it’s not mandatory unless you have spare resources.
If you’re free-to-play or low-spending, it’s best to enjoy her strong base kit. But if you love her playstyle and want to maximize her potential, M1 and M2 are the sweet spots.
