HoYoverse has officially unveiled the phase two banners for Honkai Star Rail version 3.6 during the recent special program livestream. The highlight of this banner cycle is the debut of Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae, a brand-new 5-star Preservation character, arriving alongside his signature Light Cone.
