In Diablo 4 Season 10 (D4 Season 10),
the seasonal storyline continues after Blood on
Parchment. Completing that quest unlocks the next major objective: the Sword of Horazon quest. This is a
combat-heavy mission, filled with demon waves and cultist encounters, so make
sure you’re well-prepared before diving in.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
1. Speak with Shyan at Fate’s Retreat
Use the Waypoint
for Fate’s Retreat and talk to Shyan. She’ll explain that cultists are
interfering with the search for the Sword of Horazon.
2. Travel to the Cultist Camp
Ride east through the Path of Stray Souls. You can skip enemies along the way,
but fighting them is a good source of XP—especially if you’re running a Minion
Necromancer or other AoE build.
At the Cultist Camp, slay all cultists and then regroup with Shyan.
3. Enter the Vault of Sins
Your next destination is the Vault of Sins, a randomized dungeon.
Clear through enemies until you find the Inner
Sanctum door. Unfortunately, it’s locked.
4. Collect Blood for the Basin
By the door, you’ll find a Blood Basin. To unlock it, you need to
gather blood from two marked locations on your map:
·
Interact with a corpse at the first location and
bring the blood back.
·
Repeat at the second location for the remaining
blood.
Once both objectives are complete, the basin
will unlock the Inner Sanctum.
5. Find the Sword of Horazon
Follow the linear path deeper into the dungeon
until you reach a chamber with the Sword
of Horazon, surrounded by a barrier.
6. Touch the Barrier and Survive the Demon
Waves
Speak with Shyan, then touch the barrier to trigger waves of
demons. This is the hardest part of the quest. Stay alive, keep your DPS up,
and survive until the timer runs out.
7. Finish the Quest
After wiping out the remaining demons, speak
with Shyan one last time. The Sword of
Horazon quest is complete.
From here, once you reach Tier 10 seasonal reputation, you’ll unlock the next step: Bartuc, Lord of Chaos, the final seasonal quest in Diablo 4 Season 10.
Tips for Sword of Horazon in D4 Season 10
Level Up First – The quest is combat-heavy, so enter at
a comfortable level.
Clear Enemies for XP – The Path
of Stray Souls is a good farming route.
Manage the Demon Waves – Save
cooldowns and potions for when waves get intense.
Run with a Party – Co-op makes
the survival phase much easier.
The Sword
of Horazon quest in Diablo 4 Season 10 is a key part of the seasonal
storyline, bridging the gap between Blood on
Parchment and Bartuc, Lord of Chaos.
While it doesn’t feature a major boss fight, the sheer number of enemies and
demon waves makes it a challenging mission for unprepared players.
With the right build, solid upgrades, and careful planning, you’ll clear it smoothly and move one step closer to finishing the Season 10 storyline.
