The Hungering Plains is a
smaller zone in Borderlands 4, tucked between The Howl and *Coastal
Bonescape. Despite its compact size, the area is home to nine unique
collectibles, many of which are cleverly hidden in corners you wouldn’t
normally explore unless a quest takes you there.

ECHO Logs Locations
1) ECHO Log #1
The first log is by a small lake where Claptrap gives you the No Place Like
Home side quest. Check the pier and grab it from the wooden pillar at the
end. The quickest way is traveling east from the Launchpad faction town.
2) ECHO Log #2
Head from ECHO Log #1 toward the Flarewell facility. Go through the open
left-hand door and climb the stairs inside. The log is sitting on a chair under
the steps.
3) ECHO Log #3
The last ECHO Log is at the Prospects Ripper Drill site. Across from the
entrance are three gravestones, with the log in the middle. Watch out—two
nearby caves spawn Manglers as soon as you approach.
Dead Bolts Locations
1) Dead Bolt #1
Located on a hill above the dirty lake to the right of Horace’s Oversight.
A crashed vehicle marks the spot. Travel along the lake’s edge to find the path
upward.
2) Dead Bolt #2
In the Fades District wall outpost, right in front of a cage next to the
treehouse.
Propaganda Speaker
Climb the stairs near ECHO Log #2 to reach the rooftop. The Propaganda Speaker is just a few steps away. Be ready—activating it triggers waves of Synth enemies, so an AoE-focused build will help.
Evocarium
The only Evocarium in Hungering Plains is on top of a facility resembling a water treatment plant, east of Horace’s Oversight. Use the nearby muddy water structure to climb up and grab it.
Vault Symbols
1) Vault Symbol #1
Inside Horace’s Oversight, where you fight the spymaster during the Down
and Outbound quest. Go upstairs, then into the left-hand room. Use your
grapple to pull a grate and reveal a hidden chamber. Follow the humming sound
to the Vault Symbol.
2) Vault Symbol #2
Travel to the area near Dead Bolt #2, then take the grapple point
leading along the outer wall. At the end, you’ll reach a ruined house. The
Vault Symbol is on the upper floor—drop down through the ledge to collect it.
