How to Adopt the Eggnog Dog in Adopt Me
The Eggnog Dog was released on December 25, 2023, as part of the Winter Festival event. It could only be obtained by hatching the Christmas Future Egg, which had a 100% chance of giving the Eggnog Dog.
Since the event ended, the Christmas Future Egg is no longer available in-game. The only way to get the Eggnog Dog now is through trading with players who still have it.
Trading Tip: Because it’s an Uncommon pet, its current trade value is relatively low compared to legendary event pets. This makes it easier to negotiate a fair trade if you find someone willing to part with theirs.
Growth Stages and Tricks
Like most pets in Adopt Me, the Eggnog Dog progresses through six growth stages. Each stage unlocks a new trick:
- Newborn: Sit
- Junior: Joyful
- Pre-Teen: Beg
- Teen: Jump
- Post-Teen: Trick 1
- Full Grown: Trick 2
The speed at which your Eggnog Dog grows depends on how often you fulfill its Needs. The more tasks you complete, the faster it levels up.
Neon and Mega Neon Variants
If you manage to collect multiple Eggnog Dogs, you can create special glowing versions:
- Neon Eggnog Dog: Requires 4 Eggnog Dogs
- Mega Neon Eggnog Dog: Requires 16 Eggnog Dogs
Note: Since the pet is no longer available, getting enough for a Mega Neon variant is extremely difficult. Still, Neon versions are achievable if you trade wisely.
