Against the deadlock with China on the border, once again, the Indian government has banned many Chinese mobile apps. According to the information, 118 more Chinese mobile apps including PUBG have been banned.

Against the deadlock with China on the border, once again, the Indian government has banned many Chinese mobile apps. According to the information, 118 more Chinese mobile apps including PUBG have been banned. 

Earlier, restrictions were imposed on Chinese apps by the government. The government recently banned the first 59 apps, including the popular app TikTok. Later, the government banned 47 more apps. Today, once again 118 apps including PUBG have been banned by the government. 

Apart from PUBG, the government has banned apps like Baidu, APUS Launcher Pro, according to an order issued by the IT Ministry. Significantly, in late June, the Indian government had declared 58 Chinese apps banned in India, including TikTok, including ShareIt, UC Browser, Shein, Club Factory, Clash of Kings, Helo, Mi Community, CamScanner, ES File Explorer , Many applications like VMate included. 

Later, 47 more apps were banned by the government in July. The government claimed that all these apps were involved in some such activities, which could pose a threat to the sovereignty and integrity of the country, security of the country, security of the state and public order etc.
