Human Genetic Resource Management Rules in China will be implemented from July 1. In this rule, the determination of conservation, proper use, service and supervision of surveillance have been done in the areas of human genetic resource management in the country. Chinese sub-science and technology minister Shu Nanping said about this rule.
He said, 'This rule has systematically strengthened human genetic resource management. First, the purpose of running human activity related to genetic resources is for public health, national security and social welfare. Secondly, management was consolidated all over. Third, the violation of this rule will be strictly punished.
This rule states that if foreign entities need the use of Chinese human genetic resources for scientific research, then they must follow the respective Chinese law and rule and work with Chinese associates.
